ORDERS

Online products are sold by Osuuskunta Pyhävaate & Kaikki Taivaan tavarat, Business ID 2772539-4. The products are sold to customers worldwide. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage fees.

All orders are confirmed by email stating the ordered products, the total order price and delivery fees. In order to receive a confirmation message, customers must provide their email address in connection with the order.

With each order, the customer is committing to the valid terms and conditions of delivery.

We will send an order confirmation by email that contains the following:

Order reference number

Your contact information as provided

Ordered products and their prices

Your selected payment method

Osuuskunta Pyhävaate reserves the right to cancel a customer’s order if there has been a clear pricing error. The order can be cancelled due to a pricing error if the given price differs significantly from the normal price of the product and it is considered that the average consumer would understand it to be an error. A pricing error is, for example, a situation in which the price of the product is given as €0.00.

 

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All prices in the online shop are given in euro and include the valid value added tax of 24%.  Osuuskunta Pyhävaate reserves the right to make price changes. Since the products are partially made by hand, they may differ slightly from the model products shown in the online photos. The prices do not include delivery fees.

 

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY FEES

Postage and delivery fees are added to the invoice in accordance with the weight of the purchases and their destination country. The shopping basket function automatically calculates the delivery fees and adds them to the final sum of the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Customers can select as their payment method PayPal, Klarna Bank AB payment methods or an advance invoice. Advance invoice will automatically be selected as the payment method for any orders placed via email or by phone. The order will usually be processed within one business day and the advance invoice will be sent to the customer by email. The term of payment for the advance invoice is 7 days. The product will be stored for 5 days beyond the due date on the invoice. If the order has not been paid by the end of the 5 days, it will be automatically cancelled. You can also arrange to personally pick up your order and pay in cash upon collection.

 

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Once the payment has been received, any order of non-tailored items will be delivered within 5 business days. You will be notified separately of any exceptional delays. The order will be posted as a first-class letter or as a postal parcel to your nearest post office. The order can also be sent as a Matkahuolto domestic parcel or R-Kioski ‘Ärräpaketti’ parcel. You can also separately arrange to pick up the order in person. We reserve 7–14 days from the receipt of the payment for the production of any tailored products.

Pyhävaate is not liable for any deliveries lost while in Posti’s possession.

If a product that you have ordered is temporarily unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you of this immediately by email and settle on a later delivery date or, possibly, return part of the sum you have already paid.

 

DELIVERY STORAGE PERIOD

If the recipient does not pick up the delivery, it will generally be stored for 7 days at a Posti outlet, after which the delivery will be returned to the sender. The recipient will only be notified once of the delivery arrival.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any delays or problems caused by a force majeure nor for any indirect problems caused by the defective condition or late delivery of the products.


PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


These instructions concern any returns, exchanges or claims for products sold by PYHÄVAATE.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Finland, you have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the receipt of the product. Any product that is returned or returned for exchange must be unused and in resale condition. Postage for products being returned or exchanged are the customer’s responsibility, with the exception of claims cases. (Please give a telephone number for shipment in order to accelerate the delivery). Pyhävaate does not have an agreement with Posti, so you will need to pay the postage first, also in claims cases.  We will reimburse you for the postage upon presentation of the receipt (a photo of the receipt is sufficient).


In order to speed the return process, you can also send us information about the return by email. If one of the products in your shipment is incorrect or missing, or you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact us at info@pyhavaate.fi. We will refund the money to your account once we have received the package and inspected the condition of the product. Once your return has been fully processed, you will receive an email on the matter.


Hygiene products, such as cloth masks, has no exchange nor return justice.
